Airfare, meals (we will provide lunch during our Molokini boat tour), transportation to and from the airport, and book your room at Napili Kai Resort. Once you register for the course with Orca you will use our link to book your room. Make sure to let them know you are booking with Orca to get the discounted rate.

You will be able to choose your room and have as many guests per room size as you would like. Your guest is welcome to enjoy Maui on their own while you are in class. We are happy to provide recommendations for beaches and activities. There are several different beaches, a golf course, a walking path, tennis, and pickleball all within walking distance of the resort.

As space allows your guest may join us on our private charter boat trip to Molokini. While they will be with us we are not responsible for their swim safety or experience. The Orca staff will be focused on the class participants teaching and ensuring their amazing fun. There will be plenty of time in the evening to watch the sunset together, enjoy a great dinner and share the day’s adventures.

Yes, the resort will give you our group discount rate for 3 days before or after our course together. Remember to tell them you are with Orca when you reserve your room.

At a minimum, you should take the morning flight on April 29 so you will have time for the 45-minute drive from the airport to the resort and meet up at 3 pm for our first pool session. Plan to leave no earlier than the evening flight (5 pm or later) on May 3. We have a final morning swim that is done by 10:30 am so you can shower and check out. There is a room and space to store your luggage if you want to remain at the resort for lunch and relax before heading off to the airport.

Yes! There is a minimum $500 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. The balance is due by 60 days before the start of class. No refunds of any kind are given 30 days before the course starts.

Yes. The Napili Kai Resort will require the first 2 days be paid at the time you reserve your room. The total balance will be due to the resort 60 days before the course date. Discounted room rates are between $375-565 depending on the room your choose. All rooms have a kitchen and private outside sitting area. Amenities included (no extra resort fee) wi-fi, golf, shuffleboard, onsite beachfront restaurant, parking, fitness room, direct access to the beach, beach towels and chairs, and more.

Full refund (minus the credit card service fee generally 5%) with in the first 24-hours of enrollment. Partial refund (minus credit card fee generally 5% and deposit $500) from 25 hours after enrollment until February 29, 2024. NO refunds are made after March 1, 2024 for any reason. Flight, resort and other travel expenses are subject to their own refund policies.

Being nervous is completely normal when you are looking to do something new. Once you make a commitment it is time to build your confidence. As soon as your registration we will send you steps to prepare. You will get steps along the way to be ready to have fun, learn, and create the best experience for yourself no matter what. Learning to swim (in the ocean) is more about learning and practicing the process of enjoying your life right now this moment. There is no more beautiful place to practice this than in Hawaii.
